You should make the poster much more vivid and pleasant to see. Make it more representative for AIESEC Olympics like Cristina said: "summer, sun, seaside, beach, hot girls and hot boys, games, people from all around the world, parties, 3 sunrises, 4 sunsets". That's more like Halloween :)
